The Texas Department of Public Safety is offering a reward of up to $7,500 for the apprehension of Patrick Neal Nerren, 30.
Nerren is affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas (ABT) gang and has ties to Polk and San Jacinto counties, including the cities of Livingston and Point Blank. His last known address was on U.S. Hwy. 190 East just west of the Point Blank Food Mart.
In 2011, Nerren was convicted in Polk County of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation. He was subsequently sentenced to 15 years in TDCJ prison.
He was released on parole from TDCJ in June 2019 and subsequently violated his parole approximately four months later. On Oct. 14, 2019, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for Nerren’s arrest.
On Nov. 19, 2019, authorities in San Jacinto County issued warrants for Nerren’s arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tamper/Fabricate Evidence, DWI 3rd or More, and Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility.
On March 25, 2020, authorities in Polk County issued warrants for Nerren’s arrest for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon, Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle, and Possession of Marijuana.
DPS warns that he should be considered armed and dangerous. Do not attempt to detain him on your own, call 911.
Nerren is described as being a white male, 5-foot-11 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has tattoos on his abdomen, chest, back, left wrist, right leg, right shoulder, right forearm, and both arms. He also has scars on abdomen, back, left wrist, right knee, upper right arm, and upper lip.
